Core

Ok...sorry I haven't been able to post in a couple of weeks. We were on vacation last week, and the week before that I don't really know what happened. I do know however, that I'm beginning to get that "burnt out" feeling. It's a familiar feeling that I resent getting. I've heard that when these feelings begin to creep in, or when you've hit a plateau, the best thing to do is to change something. Either try different foods, cut snacking out, add more healthy snacks, excercise more, try different excercises. Something. So, to try to destroy these feelings, I've decided to try the Core plan. Does anyone follow the CP? And, what tips do you have to stay on plan?
What do you do when you feel like you need a change?

I am enjoying your blog even though I do not post a comment very often. I too am getting that burnt out feeling. I follow the core plan and have found that I am straying very far away so I have decided to switch to the flex plan for a couple of weeks. I love the cp though. I love fresh fruits & vegis and really enjoy not having to try to calculate the points. We grill fish, salmon, etc almost on a daily basis. I am not for sure why I am getting burnt out but just am. I love to snack, I would always keep fruits & vegis, already cut up & cleaned, in the fridge at home & work. But that has not seemed to curb my snacking tooth lately. So, I will keep you posted on my change & you keep me posted on your change. Good Luck!!! Shaila
